Joining a Class

  • A. Lots of ways!
    You can sign up via the Book a Class button below, the link in my Instagram bio (linktree), or see our full class schedule and booking on Momence (our scheduling app).

  • A. Super easy — once you sign up through Momence, you’ll automatically get a confirmation email. 
    On the day of, you’ll get a reminder email with the Zoom link 1 hour before class.
    A few minutes before it’s time, choose a space/room where you can be yourself without distractions, click the link, and you’re in the waiting room - it’ll only be a minute before we admit you! 
    OR you can login to Momence and join the event from there! (You can also book another class, leave a review, and cancel yourself, if you must.) 

What to Expect

  • A: Not at all — Come as you are, from the comfort of your home!
    Movement Alchemy is a safe space, for all levels and bodies, to discover, explore, & unleash your vibrant and authentic life.
    Welcome, sister, you’ve come to the right place! Let’s do this together!

  • A: I use songs from Epidemic Sound and Spotify to create sonic movement experiences. Original, unique, eclectic soundscapes featuring ambient, acoustic, world, and soul-infused beats. Just the right amount of woo-woo. No two playlists and class experiences are alike.

  • A: Most are 30 minutes, with occasional longer special events.
    We usually begin with our focus, a brief meditation, breathing in the oil ally for the week, exploring its emotional highlights. Then we gently warming up our bodies on the floor (it’s always your choice).
    The energy and frequency of the music blend from one song into the next, speaking to your body and heart, inviting you to move your way.
    We close, grounded in our bodies again, with a brief HeartSpace sharing in circle, often setting an intention for the week ahead.

Getting Ready

  • A. Water, comfortable clothes you like moving in, and a yoga mat or blanket, or knee pads for floorplay (optional). The week’s oil ally (optional).
    AirPods, Bluetooth headphones, or quality stereo speakers deliver the best sound, but computer speakers are fine too.
    A journal is great for post-class reflection, after we step out.

  • A: Movement Alchemy is a fusion of mindful movement, intuitive dance, and holistic healing — rooted in breath, rhythm, and connection — inspired by us, for us, from us … movement meditation for body and soul!

    So much wisdom can be found in our body when we attune to her sacred rhythms. Engaging your senses, moving your body, and listening to your heart.
