A Waking Forest, Shinrin-Yoku to Music

It began as part of my meditation practice, eyes closed, in stillness, listening to this song. And I found myself coming fully awake, stretching, reaching, smiling and grateful, getting up from bed and surrendering to the earth, to the bare floor. Exploring what movements felt good, where I needed space, where I was already open and spacious. So connected. So alive. And I wanted more.

And then we had that conversation under ancient oaks and sunshine about connecting to nature and natural rhythms and about disconnect and about grounding and I came home and created this soundscape, this experience.

My heart wants to share it and the spirit-led guidance that flows through me. With YOU!
